Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund (excluding applicable shipping costs).
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@astute.house to request a return.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:
- The cost of shipping and packaging is non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item.
Processing Your Return:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not.
- After receiving your returned item, it will take up to 10 business days for us to inspect the item.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@astute.house.
Damages and Issues:
- Please inspect your order when you receive the package as long as the courier is present. If there are damages, please refuse the package and indicate the reason on the delivery slip (be sure to indicate how the problem is "broken, damaged, bent", etc.)..
- Contact us immediately for assistance. If you accept a package without checking for possible problems during delivery, we can’t process compensation or replacements.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
- At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, follow the return process described above and place a new order.
